outdoor, food truck, excellent food and service, my wife had the el pastor plate, and I, the carne asada plate, after tasting my food with additional salsa, she wanted something to drink, as we didn't order any, she went up to the counter trying to pay for a bottle of water, and the owner just let her have it, and gave her a plastic cup with ice! very nice people! our food was delicious! I understand they also have another restaurant location. highly recommend!

Stopped by El Jinete while in town on vacation and honestly couldn’t have picked a better dinner spot. I got two carne asada street tacos and two carnitas street tacos, and every single one was incredible. The meat was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and tasted fresh off the grill. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. If you’re looking for a quick, authentic bite that absolutely delivers, this place is worth the stop. Hoping this little food cart gets all the support it deserves…

I found this food truck and decided to eat here. We ordered the crispy chicken tacos, rolled tacos supreme topped fresh off the grill carne asada, we also had al pastor Street tacos that are prepared in the traditional trompo, meat was flavorful and the pineapple just makes it so much better. Service was great. Will definitely come back for more.
